Issuance and delivery
A ticket is issued only after payment confirmation. It may be downloaded immediately and, when valid contact information and configured delivery services are available, copied by email or SMS. A delayed message does not invalidate a ticket already available in the purchaser’s wallet.
Unique codes and QR security
Each code identifies a specific ticket. Keep it private. Screenshots, forwarded emails and printed copies contain the same credential; the first valid scan controls admission. Dreamscapes and organizers may void codes reasonably linked to fraud, duplication, refund, chargeback or unauthorized modification.
Ticket holder responsibilities
- Check event, date, venue, tier, quantity and restrictions before payment.
- Maintain sufficient device charge or bring a legible printed copy.
- Present identification where the event policy requires it.
- Do not alter, counterfeit, publicly post or sell a ticket unlawfully.
Transfers and resale
A permitted platform transfer replaces the former holder’s access. Transfer cutoffs, identity restrictions and resale rules may vary by event. Dreamscapes does not guarantee tickets acquired outside its authorized platform and may refuse support for third-party transactions.
Admission decisions
A valid ticket is evidence of a right to seek admission, not permission to ignore venue rules. Organizers may refuse entry or remove a person for safety risks, intoxication, violence, harassment, prohibited items, age non-compliance or other lawful grounds. A ticket used for successful entry cannot be used again.
Lost access and support
Use the ticket wallet, order reference or approved delivery-retry feature to recover a ticket. Support may verify purchaser identity before disclosing codes. Contact support@dreamscapes.co.ke before the event where possible.
