Dreamscapes provides event discovery, payment, ticket issuance and admission technology. Unless Dreamscapes is expressly named as organizer, the event organizer is responsible for the event, venue, programme, licensing, safety, accessibility, age restrictions and fulfilment of advertised benefits.

An order is an offer to purchase. It becomes confirmed only after successful payment verification and ticket issuance. Prices are displayed in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise. You must provide accurate contact details, protect payment credentials and review the event, tier, date and quantity before payment.

Each ticket has a unique identifier or QR code and admits only the number of persons stated. The first valid scan is authoritative. Do not publish, duplicate or resell a code unlawfully. Organizers may request reasonable identification, enforce venue rules, refuse unsafe or fraudulent admission, and void duplicated, charged-back or unlawfully obtained tickets.

Schedules, performers and venues may change where reasonably necessary. If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the organizer’s published remedy applies subject to mandatory consumer law. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; bank or mobile-money processing time is outside our control.

Tickets are generally non-refundable for change of mind. Refund and transfer eligibility depends on the event policy, status, applicable cutoff and Kenyan law. Fees already incurred may be non-refundable where lawful. A completed transfer makes the replacement ticket controlling and invalidates the previous holder’s copy.

You must not bypass inventory controls, automate abusive purchases, interfere with scanning or payments, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, scrape personal data, or use the platform for fraud. We may suspend access, preserve evidence and cooperate with payment providers or authorities where reasonably required.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Dreamscapes is not liable for indirect loss, an organizer’s acts, event cancellation, travel or accommodation costs, connectivity failures outside our control, or loss caused by sharing a ticket code. Our aggregate platform liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Contact support@dreamscapes.co.ke first with your order reference. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution before using the competent courts or another agreed dispute-resolution process.
