Organizer service terms

Operational, financial and compliance obligations for organizations listing and selling events through Dreamscapes.

Effective 8 August 2026 · Last reviewed 8 August 2026

Section 01

Authority and account responsibility

The person creating an organizer workspace confirms authority to bind the named organization. Organizers must maintain accurate ownership, contact and settlement information, protect credentials, assign least-privilege team roles and promptly remove former personnel.

Section 02

Event information and lawful operation

Organizers are responsible for accurate listings, permits, venue rights, capacity, age rules, accessibility information, performer agreements, music and intellectual-property licences, taxes, insurance, security, emergency planning, consumer disclosures and compliance with Kenyan law.

Section 03

Inventory and sales controls

Ticket quantities must not exceed lawful or safe capacity. Advance and gate sales phases must be configured accurately. Organizers may not evade platform controls, oversell inventory, create misleading scarcity, conceal mandatory charges or discriminate unlawfully.

Section 04

Payments, fees and settlement

Dreamscapes may deduct agreed platform fees, payment-provider charges, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, reserves and other authorized amounts before settlement. Payouts may be delayed for verification, suspected fraud, event risk, disputes, cancellation exposure or missing compliance information.

Section 05

Cancellations, refunds and customer care

Organizers must promptly report changes and fund valid cancellation or consumer remedies. They must provide operational contacts, respond to attendee issues, honor advertised ticket benefits and cooperate with evidence requests. Dreamscapes may communicate urgent changes directly to buyers.

Section 06

Attendee data

Organizer access to attendee data is limited to event delivery, safety, support and lawful communications. Organizers must secure exports, restrict access, avoid unrelated marketing without a lawful basis, honor applicable rights and delete data when no longer required.

Section 07

Suspension, indemnity and records

Dreamscapes may suspend listings, sales or payouts to address safety, fraud, legal, reputational or financial risk. To the extent permitted by law, organizers are responsible for claims and losses arising from their event, content, breach, personnel or failure to meet legal obligations. Material event and financial records must be retained for lawful audit periods.
