Cookie & storage policy

How browser storage supports security, authentication, checkout, preferences and service measurement.

Effective 8 August 2026 · Last reviewed 8 August 2026

Section 01

What these technologies are

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies store or retrieve small pieces of information on a device. Some are session-based and expire when the browser closes; others persist for a stated period or until removed.

Section 02

Strictly necessary storage

Essential technologies support authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, checkout continuity, consent records and saved interface preferences. The service may not work reliably if these are blocked.

Section 03

Analytics and optional technologies

Where enabled, analytics helps us understand aggregate navigation, errors, performance and feature use. Advertising or cross-site technologies, if introduced, require the appropriate notice and choice. We do not treat optional consent as a condition of purchasing a ticket.

Section 04

Managing choices

You can use platform controls and browser settings to block or delete storage. Deleting authentication storage signs you out; blocking essential storage may interrupt checkout or ticket access. Consent can be changed prospectively where a preference control is available.

Section 05
