Refund & cancellation policy

Tickets reserve limited event inventory and are ordinarily final once payment is confirmed. A buyer is not automatically entitled to a refund because of a personal scheduling conflict, transport difficulty, illness, mistaken selection, failure to attend, dislike of the programme, or purchase from an unauthorized reseller. Mandatory rights under Kenyan law remain unaffected.

If an event is cancelled and no replacement date is offered, the responsible organizer must authorize the applicable ticket-price refund. Dreamscapes may facilitate the refund using funds held or supplied by the organizer.

• Only confirmed, unrefunded tickets qualify.
• Refunds return to the original payment method where technically possible.
• Delivery, bank and mobile-money timelines can vary.
• Travel, accommodation and consequential costs are not reimbursed unless required by law.

The organizer may offer transferred validity for the new date, a defined refund window, or another lawful remedy. Missing a clearly communicated deadline may end an optional refund right. A lineup, supporting act, running order, weather condition or minor time adjustment is not automatically a material change.

Contact support@dreamscapes.co.ke with the order reference, purchaser contact details, event, ticket IDs and reason. We may request identity or payment evidence to prevent fraud. Do not publish ticket codes. Requests are assessed against the event policy, ticket status, stated cutoff and applicable law.

Used, transferred, duplicated, charged-back, voided, fraudulent or unlawfully resold tickets may be ineligible. Starting a payment chargeback while a refund review is active may pause the review. Abuse of refund systems may result in account restrictions.

Organizers remain financially responsible for refunds arising from their cancellation or breach. Dreamscapes may withhold settlements, offset reserves or recover amounts reasonably required to satisfy approved refunds, disputes and payment reversals.
